When to contact us
- Rare / unlisted model — name the console and your country; we send exact-unit photos and a price before payment (no order number needed)
- Order questions — status, address changes before ship, missing confirmation email
- Refunds & returns — not as described or damaged in transit (see Returns policy)
- Shipping delays — no tracking update for 10+ days after ship, or delivered but not received
