Processing time

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment clears. You will receive an email with carrier and tracking when the label is created.

Tracking

After we mark an order shipped, your order lookup page shows the tracking number and a tracking link. International parcels are handed to local delivery networks for the final mile.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the first scan. If nothing moves for 10+ days after the ship date, contact us with your order number.

Delivery estimates

Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections can add delay outside our control.

• Domestic / nearby regions: often 5–12 business days after ship
• International: typically 10–25 business days depending on customs
• Remote areas or peak seasons may take longer

Packing

Consoles and handhelds ship with foam-lined or multi-layer protection. When an original box is included, we preserve it carefully. Whether or not there is an original box, every order ships in an outer shipping carton.

Duties & taxes

Import duties for parcels we ship are covered by ConsoleVaults — you should not pay extra import tax at delivery for our standard channels. We also do not add store surcharges or hidden transaction fees on top of the checkout total.
