By shopping at ConsoleVaults (consolevaults.com) you agree to the following store terms. They protect both buyers and sellers with clear expectations.
Products
Listings describe condition, included accessories, and known faults as accurately as we can. Collectibles may show age-related wear consistent with the stated condition grade. Photos are of the item or a representative unit as noted on the listing.
Orders & pricing
An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund if an item is unavailable due to inventory error, or if we suspect fraud. Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout; shipping and tax (if any) are calculated before you pay.
Shipping & risk
Risk of loss transfers according to the carrier’s delivery scan once the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us promptly so we can help investigate with the carrier.
Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy. Please read that page before opening a payment dispute.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, ConsoleVaults is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
